1. Assistant Manager – SCM Coordination


NO.OF POSITION : 1

EXPERIENCE         : 5 – 8 years

LOCATION              : Corporate Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

DESIRED SKILLS:

– Indenting of Foundation seed and reconciliation on completion of Sowing season

-Allotting LOT nos based on respective location planting list and communication to locations

-Process the Crop advances as per approvals.

-Compilation of sampling status and communicating to all concerned

-Quality results communication to all respective locations and getting the acknowledgement.

-Issuing Form I to Sales dept.

-Process grain advances on receipt the material (MIN).

-Raising purchase orders for QA cleared quantity and submit to Accounts dept for releasing payments.

-Process the final payment after deducting FS cost, STl charges and any other debit balances.

-Maintaining Organizer agreements.

-Maintaining production information in ERP/Manually and retrieve the data as per requirement.

-Coordinate with all stake holders in SCM for necessary information.

-SCM analysis and submit the report to Country Lead – SCM

 

QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture
